This month has been an incredible step forward for The Asylum Project. We welcomed new board members and volunteers, expanded our leadership with a new Chairman and Secretary, and began redistributing responsibilities in ways that will finally ease the burden on our most overworked team members. We also hit some very real-life challenges—from administrative setbacks to insurance hurdles—but each one has only reinforced our commitment to building safe pathways for Pride, BIPOC, and Disabled communities. The work is never simple, but the community’s support, and the growing number of people stepping forward to join us, proves that our mission matters. With strong momentum and a solid foundation forming, we’re moving into our next chapter with clarity, capability, and renewed determination.
December 2025, On TAP
We finalized official meeting minutes, updated and reposted our bylaws, and reorganized our public access folders for clarity. These steps aren’t just paperwork—they’re how we demonstrate accountability, build trust, and show our community that safety begins with transparency.
The next Staff Meeting will be Wednesday, December 10, 8:00 PM. Agenda coming soon.
